This project involved the complete UI/UX design of Vaultify, a SaaS platform, aimed at clearly showcasing its value, core features, and innovative approach. The goal was to create a modern, sleek, and user-friendly web experience that reflects Vaultify’s vision while delivering a clean, visually engaging, and intuitive interface across multiple pages, including the home page.
The design process began with brainstorming and ideation in Miro, followed by the creation of paper prototypes to map out the user journey. These were refined into mid-fidelity wireframes and ultimately transformed into high-fidelity visual designs in Figma. The focus throughout was on building an interface that communicates benefits clearly, supports seamless navigation, and enhances user engagement through thoughtful layouts, visual hierarchy, and modern SaaS design principles.

The focus was on blending sleek visuals with user-centered design principles to ensure both functionality and engagement. However, the project came with its own set of challenges. Designing for a SaaS product meant balancing a polished, professional look with usability, ensuring the interface remained approachable and easy to navigate for a wide range of users. With multiple complex features to present, the risk was creating pages that felt overwhelming or diluted the core message. We overcame this by leveraging Miro for structured brainstorming, building paper prototypes to validate flows, and refining them into mid- and high-fidelity designs in Figma. Through consistent visual hierarchy, clear content structuring, and modern SaaS design practices, the final result achieved clarity, trust, and engagement throughout the user experience.
